FITNESS & HEALTH

Climbing Kilimanjaro is a once-in-a-live-time experience! It does require some physical fitness and mental determination, but no special technical skills or equipment are needed. Folks from all over the world, and at ages ranging from a 7 year old child to an 85 year old man, have successfully summited. But the challenge should not be taken lightly. Good physical and mental preparation, and an experienced team of guides and porters, such as Team Raha - Fairexpeditions, and your chance of having a great - and successful - experience on Kilimanjaro are as high as they can be!
